- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 20, 2019, by Tyler WoodIf I could rate this even lower I would. The dishwasher I purchased from them broke after four months. They came out, looked at it, ordered a part for it. Turns out it was the wrong part. They order another part, it was the wrong part. This time they ordered a pump. Turns out there are two pumps in there and they ordered the wrong one. Four tries and almost four months to fix it; I have already told people I know to avoid Dale's from now on if they expect something to get fixed promptly.
